1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bhaggo platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to bhaggo's website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has opened an account at bhaggo or is using its services.

By using bhaggo's services, a member is considered to have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these Terms. If a member disagrees with any part of these Terms, they should refrain from using the services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bhaggo and the member. The Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines are also considered part of this agreement alongside these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To open an account at bhaggo, a member must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable.

2.1 Single Account Rule

Each person may open only one account at bhaggo. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, from the same IP address, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, bhaggo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

2.2 Account Security

The member is solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. Account access must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. bhaggo will never ask for a password via email or chat.

2.3 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes, the member is responsible for updating it through support. bhaggo is not responsible for any delays or complications in withdrawals or verification caused by incorrect information.

3. Age Verification and Identity

The minimum age to participate in any casino and betting activity at bhaggo is 21 years. Opening an account or using the services by a minor is strictly prohibited.

bhaggo may request age and identity verification at any stage of registration. Government-issued identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence) may be required. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

If an account is opened with a false age or false identity, it will be closed immediately and the deposits and winnings in that account may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at bhaggo can be made through Bangladeshi mobile banking services. Currently supported deposit and withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same for all methods).
• Deposited funds must come from the member's own registered payment account.
• Payment accounts registered in a third party's name may not be used.
• The balance will be credited to the account only after the deposit transaction is confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 10–45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used or verified at registration.
• Winnings from bonuses require the relevant wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification is pending.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, bhaggo may request additional verification and, if necessary, temporarily hold the transaction for security purposes.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bhaggo's promotional offers are provided subject to specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn.

Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• If a bonus is cancelled after being claimed, the associated bonus balance will be deducted from the account.
• A portion of bets placed with bonus funds may not count towards wagering in certain game categories.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time until the conditions of the previous bonus have been met.
• A bonus is only for the member whose account it has been credited to — it is not transferable.
• If a bonus offer contains a technical error or incorrect information, bhaggo reserves the right to cancel or correct it.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

All of bhaggo's promotional offers — including weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket bonus, birthday special gifts, and refer-a-friend rewards — fall under these Terms, and each has its own conditions and wagering requirements.

6. VIP Program

bhaggo's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback on net weekly losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss remaining after total winnings are deducted from total losses for the week. Example: A Gold tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

VIP tier changes are based on gaming activity. Cashback funds are subject to specific wagering conditions, and their issuance is entirely at bhaggo's discretion.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Use

All games on the bhaggo platform are conducted fairly and transparently. If a member is found to be involved in any of the following activities, their account may be closed:

• Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using risk-free betting strategies with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.

If an abnormal amount is won due to a technical error, bhaggo reserves the right to void that transaction. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, the game provider's rules will be followed for bet recovery.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bhaggo may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• When necessary to ensure account security.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

A member may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned after verification and subject to applicable conditions, unless forfeited due to a rule violation.

9. Limitation of Liability

bhaggo provides its platform on an "as is" basis. bhaggo's direct or indirect liability is limited in the following areas:

• Game interruptions caused by internet disconnection or server issues.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• Issues arising from the member's own device or software.
• Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.

The member bears the risk of financial loss from gaming. bhaggo is not responsible for the outcome of any game.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bhaggo ensures the highest level of security in collecting, storing, and using members' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
